Practical help and support groups

We are a free and in person therapy intervention to men and people who identify as male and non-binary aged 18+ who in an active suicidal crisis. This includes plans, thoughts, behaviours and previous attempts of suicide. We take full clinical responsibility for the men we see and work with them to find solutions to their crisis in a safe, non-clinical environment.

We offer:

  • Professional counselling
  • Signposting to other services
